What all can we fit into a VIP Day?When it comes to VIP Days, in one day, we can complete any one of my VIP Day offers that you see listed. Or, if you're needing assistance with something some smaller one-off marketing or design tasks, social media template design, troubleshooting, small updates, and things like that, we can generally fit in up to 3 different tasks/to-do list items, depending on the scope of work. Or, if you're one of those business owners who's life tends to be total chaos (like mine), you can book a VIP Day, give me everything that's been piling up on your marketing/design to-do list, and I'll just hammer down and get as much done as we can fit into that 8-hour timeframe!

How much does a VIP Day cost?All VIP Day offers are a criminally good deal of $1,850 and the payment is split up into a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on my calendar, and the remaining 50% is due at the end of the VIP Day before sending over final deliverables or publishing any work. You just can't beat this price for professional branding or website design if you're looking for a budget-friendly option! 🙌🏼 This is also the most affordable way to work with me in any capacity!

Can I book just a half-day VIP Day?Yes, you can! If you don’t need a full day or have smaller, less time-consuming tasks, a half day is a great option. We’ll focus on your priority items and get them done efficiently. A half day, or 9 am to 1 pm is $925!

What is the VIP Day timeline/process look like?When you book a VIP Day with me, you'll need full access to a computer (not your phone!) from 8 am to 5 pm— this is our dedicated project time. Make sure you’re available to review work and respond to emails quickly. I may also need to call you throughout the day, so keep your phone handy! VIP Days are all about efficiency, so please avoid scheduling other appointments that day. I’ll need quick responses to keep things moving! No matter the project— whether it's a semi-custom website or a basic logo package— you'll receive a homework checklist one week before our VIP Day. If everything isn’t submitted by then, your project will be rescheduled to my next available date. If we have to reschedule more than once, there’s a $250 rescheduling fee. On the day of the project, I’ll kick things off at 8 am with an email outlining our plan one last time. If we’re working on a website, I’ll check in with you around 1 pm to gather your feedback and make revisions, with two more rounds of tweaks before we launch by the end of the day. For logo packages, I typically check in between 11 am and 12 pm to get your initial feedback, then we’ll refine the design with two more rounds of revisions before wrapping up around 5 pm! For other types of projects, we’ll go over the timeline together after discussing your project details. My goal is to make this day smooth, efficient, and fun— so you get what you need without the wait!

Can I book a VIP Day for my project, or do I need to book a custom project?This answer varies from person to person, depending on the scope and scale of what you're looking for and needing, and we will talk about this more on our discovery call if you're unsure! If you're looking for something along the lines of the things I've mentioned in the sections above, then a VIP Day might be the right fit for your project needs. If you're looking for a more extensive, complex website with lots of pages, more advanced features, automations, integrations, etc, or a full-scope brand identity complete with brand strategy, additional brand collateral, etc, then a custom project would be what you need and I'd be happy to give you a quote for that if we find that a VIP Day might not be the best fit. If you're wanting a full-scale website, then a custom project might be better for you! If you're wanting to refresh or revamp your site, or add additional pages to your site, need a comprehensive SEO plan, blog content, branded social media templates, or just need to mark some of your smaller marketing or design to-do's off your list, then a VIP Day (or half-day) is a great option!

Can I book more than one VIP Day if needed?Of course! Let's say you wanna book one day for your basic logo package, and another for your semi-custom site, booking multiple days makes sense. We typically space these out by at least a week to make sure everything is seamless, giving you time to review, reflect, and get excited about the next phase! This also helps keep both you and I from getting to overwhelmed— doing two VIP Days two days in a row sounds like a blast, but every client who has ever chosen that option is mentally worn out by the end of it, so I like to keep them spaces out by at least a week!

Can I customize my maintenance package and add add-ons?Absolutely! If you like a specific package, but want to add or swap some different add-ons to your quote, you can! We offer flexible add-on options so you can choose exactly what your website needs.

Can I sign up for website maintenance with you if you didn't originally design my website?So, as long as your website is designed on Wix or Squarespace, I'd still be open to working with you on website maintenance, even if I didn't originally design your website, but under a few conditions... It must be designed by a professional designer, and not DIYed. The reason being, if your site is DIYed and it's been piecemealed together over the years, chances are your site might need a total overhaul before working with you on improving your online presence. If that's the case, and you do still want to work together on website maintenance, I'm all for it, but I would require that you book a VIP Day together, first, in order to give your site a "face-lift" so we can then maintain that strong online presence we created together. We can go over this more, and address any questions you might have on our initial call together! 😊

If your budget is a little small right now, maybe the basic maintenance plan is all you can afford right now, and that's okay. The more important your site is to the overarching goals you have for your business, or if your site is a key tool in running your business, you should consider investing more and choosing a higher tier plan. Generally. the more you invest, the more ROI you should see from your website— that just makes sense. So that's something to keep in mind when deciding which plan is best for your business.
