Yes! I'm excited to announce that starting in mid-2025, I now offer two payment plan options for all custom projects. My Standard Payment Plan is a required, non-refundable 30% deposit, with the remainder paid in biweekly installments throughout the duration of your project, with the first installment paid on your project start date.

The second option is my Extended Payment Plan. With this payment option, you still pay your 30% deposit, but instead of biweekly installments, your remaining balance is divided into monthly installments, up to a certain number of months, with a 5% convenience fee tacked on. For example...

Your package: $4,500

Your 30% deposit: $1,350

Your convenience fee: $225 (5% of $4,500)

Remaining balance: $3,375 ($225+ $3,150 balance left after deposit)

Your payments:

• $843.75 (due on your project start date)

• $843.75 (due one month later)

• $943.75 (due one month later)

• $843.75 (due one month later)

So while the Standard Payment Plan has your project paid for entirely by launch, the Extended Payment Plan allows you to launch without being paid in full, giving you more time to pay for your site. With the Extended Payment plan, you must be signed up for auto-pay, no exceptions.

Your input is key! I can create you the most beautiful brand, but if it isn't aligned with how you want your brand to be perceived, and if it doesn't connect and resonate with your target audience, it's going to be useless for you, and feel disjointed.

We start with a detailed branding questionnaire to lock in your vision and preferences. After that, you’ll review mood boards, initial concepts, and provide feedback and revision requests at key stages. The process is collaborative, & I’ll guide you every step of the way, making sure we’re creating something that truly reflects your brand.

The Signature Branding Package typically takes about 4 - 6 weeks from start to finish. We move through each phase— discovery, design, and revisions at a pace that ensures every detail is aligned. The Branding Basics Package is similar to my VIP Day Logo Package, but instead of a quicker one-day turnaround, you get two weeks, if a VIP Day is too fast-faced for you, but you also aren't ready for a full blown custom brand identity yet.

This answer varies from business to business and person to person. Your brand is your business’s first impression— so if you want to attract the right clients and set the tone for growth, a solid, comprehensive, full brand identity from the start, investing in professional branding up front can be a game-changer— particularly if the brand you're launching is a high-level, large project from the very start (like a big agency, movement, corporate company, or organization).

That said, if you’re a new entrepreneur, solopreneur, one-person show, new small business, growing your side hustle, or still figuring out your offers and audience, you may want to start with the Branding Basics Package, or a VIP Day Logo Package to get you started out with something professional and cohesive, then invest in a full, custom brand identity later on when your business is more established, and you have a solid idea of who your brand is, where you want to go, and how you want that to be perceived.

Yes! If you need extra deliverables like packaging design, social media templates, or marketing materials, we can add them to your package at an additional cost.

Yes! This way, your website and branding are fully aligned and cohesive from the very start, which is key if you want to maximize and strengthen the impact of your branding and website efforts! If you are interested in bundling a custom branding and custom website package together, please note that I require that we start with branding, so that we have a solid, established brand identity and brand assets to then use for your new website. You can bundle any custom branding and custom website package together and get 10% off your project total.

You receive your logo variations (primary logo, secondary logo, and sub-mark logo), each in multiple formats— PNG, SVG, and PDF, which will cover print and digital use, so you're ready for anything from websites to business cards. If you need additional file formats, just let me know, and I’ll provide them for an added fee.

No problem! I always do my best to nail everything the first time around, with just some minor tweaks to follow, which is usually the case. However, in the event that I do happen to miss the mark the first time, and you need more than 3 rounds of revisions, I offer additional logo concepts and extra revision rounds for an added fee. If you want to explore multiple design directions or need more tweaks to perfect your branding, we can customize the package to meet your needs.

Once your branding is finalized, you’ll receive a PDF brand guidelines document with clear instructions on how to use your new brand assets consistently and correctly, along with a link to an Air.inc album with all your new, organized brand files and assets available for you to download. This will ensure that your brand looks professional and cohesive across all platforms— whether it’s your website, social media, print materials, or in-person.

Yes! We offer branded social media templates, business cards, custom email signatures, and more. These add-ons start at around $500+ and help ensure your branding is consistent across all customer touchpoints, making your business look polished and professional everywhere.
