Yes! I'm excited to announce that starting in mid-2025, I now offer two payment plan options for all custom projects. My Standard Payment Plan is a required, non-refundable 30% deposit, with the remainder paid in biweekly installments throughout the duration of your project, with the first installment paid on your project start date.

The second option is my Extended Payment Plan. With this payment option, you still pay your 30% deposit, but instead of biweekly installments, your remaining balance is divided into monthly installments, up to a certain number of months, with a 5% convenience fee tacked on. For example...

Your package: $5,000

Your 30% deposit: $1,500

Your convenience fee: $250 (5% of $5,000)

Remaining balance: $3,750 ($250 + $3,500 balance left after deposit)

Your payments:

• $937.50 (due on your project start date)

• $937.50 (due one month later)

• $937.50 (due one month later)

• $937.50 (due one month later)

So while the Standard Payment Plan has your project paid for entirely by launch, the Extended Payment Plan allows you to launch without being paid in full, giving you more time to pay for your site. With the Extended Payment plan, you must be signed up for auto-pay, no exceptions.

After launch, depending on which package you choose, you’ll receive two to three weeks of post-launch tech support to help with any hiccups or ironing out anything that might come up once the site is live and people are clicking around, or to answer questions that come up as you get comfortable with your new site. You’ll also get a recorded website walkthrough video showing you how to edit and manage your site, so you’re never left in the dark.

But otherwise, your site is yours to manage and maintain moving forward after we get it launched. If you need additional website training hours, those can be booked for an additional fee. If you'd like me to come in and update and maintain your site on a regular basis, such as monthly or quarterly, ask me about maintenance services or VIP Days!

I want to include some very important notes. Everything above is meant to be foundational, and to ensure your site is starting off as strong and optimized as possible. SEO as an active and effective marketing tool is not a "one and done" thing. On-going SEO strategy is equally, if not more important that the initial foundational SEO set up itself. Meaning, it's one thing to launch strong, but to really see substantial, compounding results from SEO, means that you should have an on-going content and optimization strategy in place. This can include but isn't limited to things like high quality blog content, backlink building, ongoing page optimization, additional pages over time, and more.

So while this foundational SEO is meant to start your site off strong and help Google to understand who you are, what you offer, and what each page of your site is about so they can better crawl your content, index it, and put it out into the world, it doesn't mean you're going to show up on page one of Google without a long-term, on-going effort. Yes, you’ll have full control and responsibility of your website after launch. With the included recorded walkthrough tutorial, you’ll know how to make simple edits, update content, and add new pages as your business grows. If you need ongoing support, let me know, and we can talk about maintenance plan options!

Yes! My two packages are comprehensive and cover a wide range of the most common business website needs, but that doesn't mean that they're necessarily one size fits all. If you see a package that resonates with your business needs, goals, and budget, but would like to add a few things or tweak a few things, we can do that!

There are a few conditions though... If you decide you want to remove several of the things included from either package, this will not necessarily lower the price of the package. If you're finding that you're wanting a lot of things removed in order to meet your budget, I'll likely suggest you downgrade to a different website package. The lowest investment available for any website package that I offer, is my VIP Day package, which is $1,500.

Long story short, not really. As of August 2025, I only take on e-commerce based (physical product) website design projects on a case by case basis, primarily because service-based businesses is where my hearts at!

I do however offer various website systems and advanced integrations like booking systems, online scheduling, restaurant menus and ordering, memberships, loyalty and rewards programs, blogs, online courses, and more (see my list of add-on services). If you’re selling services or digital products, we’ll integrate the necessary tools to help your business thrive.
