  • What are some things we can get done in an 8-hour VIP Day timespan?
    Below is a list of examples of things we could work on during our time together, based on what you need, and what you're looking for! Please note that we don't offer any type of social media management or marketing services aside from social media template design. Create branded social media templates to help you stay on-brand and cohesive with your social media content Create a semi-custom website starting from a professionally designed Wix or Squarespace template that we customize and tailor to your business and your branding Create a basic logo package for you that includes a primary logo, secondary logo, sub-mark logo, color palette curation, brand font pairing, and PDF brand guidelines packet We can do a website refresh or revamp (this is also great for my past website or branding clients who are looking to make some updates to their website) or redesign your website on Wix or Squarespace We can set up and integrate Flodesk email marketing and your lead magnet into your website so you can start building your email list I can conduct SEO research for you and come up with a comprehensive strategy, do some keyword research, competitor analysis and market analysis, and help you get started with building on your business' online presence with organic efforts We can add additional features or automations to your Wix website such as adding an online course to your site, a video channel platform within your site, e-commerce capabilities, write optimized blog content, set up automations and more!   • How much does a VIP Day cost?
    A VIP Day is $1,375 and the payment is split up into a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on my calendar, and the remaining 50% is due at the end of the VIP Day before sending over final deliverables or publishing any work.
  • Why VIP Days and not a typical custom project?
    To make a long story short, I noticed a gap in the market. As a fellow small business owner, I'm sure you know that there are levels to this scaling-your-business thing! Not every business owner or entrepreneur that reaches out to work together is in a place or stage in their business where they're ready to full-scale custom work. A lot of newer start-up businesses, entrepreneurs building up their side hustle, and those who are in the beginning stages of scaling their brand a lot of the time don't have the budget or ability to invest thousands of dollars into a custom brand identity or advanced website right away, but that doesn't mean that they still aren't in need of professional design help!
  • Can I book a VIP Day for my project, or do I need to book a custom project?
    This answer varies from person to person, depending on the scope and scale of what you're looking to have done, and we can talk about this more on our discovery call if you're unsure! If you're looking for something along the lines of what's included in the next FAQ below, then a VIP Day might be perfect for you. If you're looking for a more extensive website with 6+ of pages, or more advanced features such as an educational platform, online course, e-commerce, etc, then a custom project would be what you need and I'd be happy to give you a quote for that if we find that a VIP Day might not be the best fit. If you're wanting a full brand identity and brand strategy, then you'd need a custom project. If you're wanting to refresh or revamp your site, or add additional pages to your site, need a comprehensive SEO plan, branded social media templates, or scratch some of your smaller marketing or design to-do's off your list, then a VIP Day might be a perfect solution for you.
  • Can I customize my maintenance package and add add-ons?
    Absolutely! If you like a specific package, but want to add or swap some different add-ons to your quote, you can! We offer flexible add-on options so you can choose exactly what your website needs.
  • Are there any add-ons not listed here that I can request?
    If you have specific needs not covered by our listed add-ons, please reach out! We're always looking to expand our services to better support our clients.
  • Can I sign up for website maintenance with you if you didn't originally design my website?
    So, as long as your website is designed on Wix or Squarespace, I'd still be open to working with you on website maintenance, even if I didn't originally design your website, but under a few conditions... It must be designed by a professional designer, and not DIYed. The reason being, if your site is DIYed and it's been piecemealed together over the years, chances are your site might need a total overhaul before working with you on improving your online presence. If that's the case, and you do still want to work together on website maintenance, I'm all for it, but I'll likely recommend that we work together on a VIP Day together, first, in order to give your site a "face-lift" so we can then maintain that strong online presence we created together. We can go over this more, and address any questions you might have on our initial call together! 😊
  • How often can I change or add services to my maintenance plan?
    You can update your service selection at any time. We recommend reviewing your package and add-ons quarterly, if not during one of our 1:1 monthly meetings to ensure your website continues to meet your business goals.
  • Can I just do one month of maintenance to start?
    We only offer a minimum commitment of 3 months, because when maintaining your online presence, especially when SEO is involved, it can take a minimum of 3 months or so to start seeing tangible results. If after the 3-month commitment you decide you want to take on the task of maintaining your website yourself, there is no obligation to re-up and continue the commitment if it's not financially feasible for you! 😊 No hard feelings!
  • Do maintenance services and add-ons roll over if they aren't used in a month?
    Services are tailored to each billing cycle's specific needs and do not roll over. However, we can adjust your maintenance plan over time as needed to ensure you're getting the most value and that what you're getting makes sense for your budget and goals.
  • How do I choose which maintenance plan is right for me?
    The key to choosing the right website maintenance plan for you is really looking inward at your business, your goals, your budget, and what matters the most to you. If your budget is a little small right now, maybe the basic maintenance plan is all you can afford right now, and that's okay. The more important your site is to the overarching goals you have for your business, or if your site is a key tool in running your business, you should consider investing more and choosing a higher tier plan. Generally. the more you invest, the more ROI you should see from your website— that just makes sense. So that's something to keep in mind when deciding which plan is best for your business. If you need some guidance, I'm happy to discuss this more with you and help you decide (and don't worry, I won't just try to sell you on the highest tier just because! No sleazy sales tactics here!)
  • How are maintenance add-on services priced?
