Sure, these photos might scream “polished and professional” (& I am, don’t get me wrong), but let’s keep it real: if you swung by my house on a random Tuesday, you’d most definitely find me in a messy bun that’s hanging onto my head for dear life, rocking an oversized crewneck, and clutching an iced coffee so large it could probably be classified as carry-on luggage. All while blasting my early 2000s divorced-dad rock playlist at full volume— because yes, Nickelback and Creed still absolutely slap.

I'm a lover of iced brown sugar shaken espressos, 90's sitcoms, Ryan Reynolds movies, the lake, & all things business. When I'm not glued to my computer, you can find me in the kitchen trying out a new recipe, watching The Office, UFC or football with my hubby— aka my high school sweetheart, or being a tourist in my hometown of Asheville, NC. I'm a firm believer that buffalo chicken mac and cheese deserves a spot in the culinary hall of fame (fight me), travel fuels my soul, and I've been navigating life with PCOS for 7+ years.
