Asheville Charcuterie Company

When Lindsey first came to me, she needed more than a pretty website. She needed ONE place where customers could actually do business with her.

That meant online ordering, pickup and delivery options, gift cards, grazing table inquiries, workshop tickets, and enough space to tell the story behind the business without making the whole experience feel complicated. When we started, she had no website at all— just a Linktree page with some Google Forms, and every order was done manually.

We built the original site on Wix and used its restaurant tools to create a MUCH more functional customer experience. The website became a central part of the business, helping streamline orders, reduce some of the back-and-forth behind the scenes, and make it easier for customers to buy from her. She even said that their revenue had grown by leaps and bounds after we launched her new site!

A couple of years later, the business had grown again— this time into a Downtown Asheville storefront. With in-person sales now part of the mix, Lindsey needed her online and in-store systems to work together, so we migrated the website to Square to connect with the new POS setup and keep everything under one system.

This project ended up becoming a good example of how a website can evolve alongside the business itself. What started as an online ordering hub eventually needed to support a full brick-and-mortar operation, and the platform changed because the business had changed too.
